Proprietary Software License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of all Choplet Studios software and services, including but not limited to Validator Applet, Monad Applet, and any future applications developed by Choplet Studios (collectively, the "Software").

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Choplet Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license permits you to access and use the Software as made available through authorized distribution channels.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or make the Software available to any third party
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Software through automated means

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to source code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Choplet Studios. This license does not grant you any ownership rights, title, or interest in the Software beyond the limited usage rights expressly stated herein.

4. Third-Party Data

Certain Choplet Studios applications display data sourced from public blockchains and third-party APIs, including but not limited to validator information, token prices, TVL figures, staking data, and network statistics. Choplet Studios does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any such data. All data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. CHOPLET STUDIOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CHOPLET STUDIOS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

CHOPLET STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON BLOCKCHAIN DATA, TOKEN PRICES, STAKING INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER DATA DISPLAYED WITHIN THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

Choplet Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of its Software at any time without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
